How do I place an order?
Create a Zolemba account to place an order. To create an account, click on “Log In” and select “New Customer”. Begin creating an account by entering your email address on the left of the page and filling in the data fields. Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed with placing your first order.
Can I email my order?
Yes, that is possible. Feel free to send your order via email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you a new customer? If so, we ask you to include your company details within the context of the email such as contact information, VAT number, billing, and delivery address. This way we are able to create you a new Zolemba account accordingly.
How do I place a repeat order (reorder)?
Place a repeat order (reorder) directly from your Zolemba account. Go to your orders to view all orders and click on the Reorder icon to place a repeat order of your choice. *Note: It may occur that the product you wish to reorder is no longer available for a reorder. When in doubt, get in contact with our customer service team to verify.
I want to change the items in my shopping cart. How do I do this?
You can edit your shopping cart items up until you complete/paid your order.
Have you already completed/paid your order, and would you like to change something? Contact our customer services directly. We will be able to assess what the possibilities are for making changes to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Depending on what type of order you’ve placed, whether it is a stock product, made-to-order product, or custom order, you can view the status directly in your Zolemba account under your orders.
If you ordered custom printed labels, click on your order and review your files. If you approve of the files, be sure to confirm by approving them digitally in order for your files to proceed to production.
I have just placed an order but don't see anything in my account. What do I do?
It is possible that your order has not been completed yet and is still in concept. Check if you have completed the order fully from your account. Have you completed all the steps during the ordering process? Within a few minutes after placing an order, an e-mail will be sent regarding order confirmation. Please be sure to review the payment status of your order to ensure payment has been completed. In the event you have not received any notifications, please get in contact with our customer services for further assistance.
