UK: For orders placed before 2 P.M. (GMT +0) your order will be despatched the same business day.
Other countries: For orders placed before 9 P.M. (GMT +1) your order will be despatched the same business day.

For all pallet-shipped and custom-made label products, as well as items not stocked in the UK but intended for delivery there, dispatch will occur from our headquarters in the Netherlands.
Shipments will be handled under the DDP incoterm via DHL or a pallet courier, ensuring that we settle/handle all customs duties. This relieves you of any concerns regarding customs procedures nor costs.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days via DHL and/or transport services for pallet deliveries.

Custom Printed Labels
For custom printed bespoke labels, that have been paid and file-approved before 3 P.M., the following applies:
For 'Ultra-fast Production' (24 hrs); your order will be dispatched within the same business day
For 'Fast Production' (72 hrs); your order will be dispatched within 3 business days.
For 'Standard Production' (120 hrs); your order will be dispatched within 5 business days.

When choosing prepayment methods such as BACS, Faster Payment, or Bank Transfer, please note that it may take 1-3 business days for us to confirm receipt of your payment. Once received, you will receive an order confirmation, indicating that your order is being processed for despatch.
