For orders placed before 9 P.M. (GMT +1) your order will be despatched the same business day.
Printed labels
For printed labels, the following rules apply: if you order, pay and approve your file on Monday before 12:00 noon, we will dispatch your order as follows:
Ultra-fast shipping (1 working day): that same Monday
Fast shipping (3 working days): Wednesday
Standard shipping (5 working days): Friday
If your order is fully completed after 11:59 AM (GMT +1), each dispatch date shifts forward by one working day.

What is the delivery time with prepayment orders?
When choosing prepayment methods such as BACS, Faster Payment, or Bank Transfer, please note that it may take 1-3 business days for us to confirm receipt of your payment. Once received, you will receive an order confirmation, indicating that your order is being processed for despatch.
