Which programs can I use to create my file? How should I save my file?

The files can be created using the Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign programs. It is not possible to make files ready for printing with Adobe Photoshop.

Save file:

Choose File > Save as.
In the new tab, change the format to “Adobe PDF”.
In the new tab, change the Adobe PDF presents to 'PDF/X-1a:2001'.
Choose Marks and bleeds>Bleeds> Select “Use document bleed settings”.

Files with a white ink underprint should be saved as:

Choose File > Save As.
In the new tab, change the format to 'Adobe PDF'.
In the new tab, change the Adobe PDF to presents 'High quality print'.
Select Marks and Bleeds> Bleeds > Select “Use document bleed settings”.
